With the festive season in full swing and the hopes and expectations of a new year fast approaching, it is a good time to reflect and consider the opportunities to come.

Supporting growth has been a major focus for us at the Financial Conduct Authority, and we have had a busy year. Along with others in the industry we have worked to foster the appropriate rules and guidance that can encourage innovation and a robust market.
